The organisation is one of the Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts set up to provide funding for charitable causes. Our client works in areas that David Sainsbury and the Trustees are particularly passionate about and where they believe charitable funding can make a real difference. The organisation’s work currently relates to 6 key areas – Plant Science, Africa, Neuroscience, Public Policy, Education and Arts.
We are delighted to be supporting them secure a Programme Manager on a 3 Year FTC to lead an ambitious programme to help teachers in colleges, schools and training providers delivering technical education, including T-levels and apprenticeships. The newly created role will oversee this exciting and varied programme as you help define, shape and drive forward activity that will:
The successful candidate will have exceptional project management experience, managing a range of projects simultaneously, including full budget responsibility. You will have used evidence, analysis and communication skills to develop policy positions, sometimes of a highly technical nature and influence external and internal. Finally, you will have excellent management and communication skills, being able to adapt your style for different audiences.
