The College of West Anglia is a very successful education and training provider in the east of the country. As an experienced Maths Lecturer, you will lead, organise and manage the curriculum, staff, students and resources within the programme area and actively support the College drive to excellence through continuous improvement. This will be an ideal first step into curriculum management.
You must have proven successful practice as a lecturer or curriculum manager in post 16 education/ training. You must be proactive in an FE setting and have experience of successful management of programmes and motivation of staff i.e. leading teams. You must have experience of tracking students/data and presenting reports on performance, marketing, recruiting, interviewing students for a range of courses and have proven experience of teaching a relevant subject.
You must have a Degree or equivalent level professional qualification in the curriculum area, Level 5 teaching qualification eg DTLLS, Cert Ed and Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C/9-4).
