As a Locum Psychiatrist with our NHS client in North London, you will be an integral part of the Community Rehab Team. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in the community. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and improved mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Monitor and review the progress of patients.
• Provide mental health education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• GMC registration and license to practice as a Psychiatrist.
• Experience working in psychiatric care and rehabilitation settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Knowledge of NHS policies and procedures is a plus.
