Job Title: Public Services Lecturer Type: Temporary to Permanent Salary: £140 – £190 per day Start Date: ASAP Are you seeking a role with a leading Further Education Institute, who have consistently been rated as “Good” by Ofsted? Then look no further! We are working with a Good college to find a Public Services Lecturer to start ASAP in the Greater Manchester area! With a great benefit scheme & competitive pay rate, the outstanding candidate will have: A recognised Teaching Qualification or a willingness to work towards one (PGCE/ Cert Ed/ PTLLS or equivalent) A minimum Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in the subject Prior experience within the Public Sector desireable, but not essential Previous experience teaching Public Services to Level 3 within a classroom A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or an Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months During this role, you will be required to: Create lesson plans and deliver lessons in Public Services up to Level 3 Provide feedback to students and parents and offer 1-to-1 Tutor sessions if needed Liaise with heads of departments to discuss ways to develop the curriculum To apply for this role you must have an enhanced DBS.
