About the role
The successful Reading Support Assistant will be able to build a positive relationship with the students and provide specialist support in a classroom setting and deliver engagine reading interventions. This is a highly rewarding career that requires a flexible approach, creativity and excellent communication in order to engage the pupil with their learning. The ideal Reading Support Assistant will be patient, enthusiastic, resilient and motivated to promote the child s progress.

School hours are 08:30am – 3:30pm, term-time only.

Salary
£29,000 to £34,000 per week
