Experienced Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manchester, M4 5AD

Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped commission, no threshold

This is a full-time, permanent role. You ll be working Monday Friday, fully office based. You will therefore need eligibility to work in the UK. Previous experience in a 360 sales recruitment role is required.

Working hours:

• Term time: Monday: 7:30-17:30, Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30-17:00, Friday: 7:30-16:30
• School holidays: Reduced hours: 8:30-3:30pm approx.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

• Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities
• Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
• Attending client meetings/school visits
• Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering them
• Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale
• Building a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your clients needs
• Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships
