The job is multi-disciplined and can be very fast paced so if you like feeling challenged and energised at the same time then this may be another tick in the box. As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for generating new business over the phone, meeting schools, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates against opportunities, arranging interviews, contract negotiation and ongoing customer service with both the school and the teacher. You need to be very personable, have a good grasp of people’s career aims and desires, be able to express yourself clearly and have a progressive attitude toward challenges and setbacks.
