Education Recruitment Resourcer – Liverpool Street/Shoreditch

We are currently looking for two hardworking and confident individuals to join our Primary and Secondary Team as a Resourcer.

Destination Education is an established Teaching Agency placing Teachers and Support Staff in schools and colleges across London and the Home Counties. Due to expansion across both our Primary and Secondary divisions, we two immediate vacancies for a Resourcer to work from our London office.

Role responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates from on line, advert placement, job fairs, referrals and other sources
• Arranging meetings with candidates to attend a face-to-face registration, carrying out a screening interview using a set out criteria
• Once interview has taken place, you will then be managing their application using a set out compliance procedure through to a clear file stage, where they will then be eligible to go out to work. Using our database where all information will be stored and updated accordingly

Ideal candidate:

• Ambitious, tenacious, resilient and confident with strong negotiation skills
• Superb telephone manner and persuasive abilities together with excellent research skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to portray a persistent, and positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective listening and enquiry abilities, both in-person and via telephone
• Able to cope with pressure and meet targets
• A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative

While this is not a sales role, it does have a direct impact on the sales side of the business. While you will be working independently, you will be part of a bigger team who all want to succeed and therefore part of a bigger picture. This is a full-time role and basic salaries will range from 22,000 – 28,000 depending on experience
