Join our recruitment team in finding the next generation of Clinical Psychologists/Teachers/Youth Justice Officers and Occupational Therapists.
You will be interviewing and hiring graduates who will share a passion for mental health, SEN and youth Advocacy, similar to yourself. If you have had experience as a Support Worker or as a TA/LSA within a mainstream or Special school, we would love to hear your new objectives and see if this is a viable career path.
It may not seem like it initially, from the outside in, the individuals that you will find for our SEN schools will play a real, on the ground, active role in raising the emotional attainment and mental wellbeing of the students they work with. This ranges from students with SEMH, Severe to Learning Difficulties to Complex Social Needs, there is real scope for you to find the next generation of youth advocates.
Prior Recruitment experience is not necessary, a sincere attitude towards SEN and Mental Health certainly is. To enjoy and flourish within this role, you must enjoy speaking to new people and want to speak to them non-stop, we will give you all the tools and intensive training to succeed at Academics.
