The Role
Deliver rock and pop band sessions to groups of children in up to 10 primary schools per week
Teach young people aged 4-11 how to play drums, keyboard, guitar or vocals
Build strong relationships with parents and schools
Help pupils deliver their first live performances in front of an audience at our termly concerts
Daily admin tasks
Working to the RSL structure providing Rock School certificates to our students
Be part of a team running holiday camps for 2 weeks throughout the year during the school holidays
Requirements
Be able to play at least 2 of the following instruments (Drums, Electric Guitar, Keyboard)
Confident singing in front of a class full of engaged children
Have a good all-round musical knowledge
Hold a valid driving licence and access to own car (essential)
Strong organisation and IT skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise own workload
Be a confident individual who is passionate about music
Be able to build positive relationships with adults and children
