Sanza Teaching Agency are working with a well-established and inclusive primary school committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our diverse student body. Our dedicated team of educators and support staff work collaboratively to inspire a love of learning and ensure that every child reaches their full potential.
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of the school. Your responsibilities will include:
Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors, parents, and students with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Handling inquiries and providing information about the school.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records, attendance data, and other administrative documents. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Communication: Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence. Facilitating effective communication between staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
Supporting School Events: Assisting in the coordination of school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure successful planning and execution.
Data Entry and Reporting: Inputting data into school systems, generating reports, and supporting data analysis as needed.
Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the leadership team and teaching staff, including photocopying, filing, and other general administrative tasks.
