Tradewind are working in partnership with a South Liverpool Primary School to recruit a School Business Manager to join their team on a long term basis. The role is due to commence in January 2022, and could potantiallty turn permanant for the right candidate.
The school is a forward thinking and successful one form entry Primary setting.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Senior Leadership Team to provide an enthusiastic, pro-active and dynamic attitude to supporting the schools day to day running and development. The School Business Manager will be responsible for Admin and Premises, Finance, HR, Health and Safety and GDPR. The support teams within school will report directly to the School Business Manager who will ensure an efficient, healthy, clean and safe environment is provided.
Lead the Administration team to ensure communication and events are managed efficiently and effectively
Work alongside the Headteacher, Governors and Local Authority School Budget team to ensure the school is able to provide the highest quality provisions
A lead role in establishing the schools data protection requirements
Oversee all HR related procedures and maintain accurate employment records
Work closely with the schools Site Supervisor to ensure all property, grounds and security are maintained to a high standard
