Responsibilities:

• Develop academic, career and personal/social developmental programs for students
• Provide individual and group counseling to students on an as-needed basis
• Work with teachers, administrators and parents to help students succeed
• Assist students in making informed decisions about their future
• Advocate for the needs of all students and help create a positive and inclusive school environment

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field
• Certification as a school counselor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children and adolescents
