Working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant is a great way to gain first hand school experience. You will most likely be supporting students from year 7 – 11 of various abilities in a wide range of subject areas. You will be working with students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis and will work closely with different teachers giving you the opportunity to observe different teaching styles and techniques.
This East London secondary school are interested in interviewing Graduates who hold a Science Degree and have gained some form paid or voluntary experience with young people. This experience may have been gained a number of ways such as tutoring, youth work, overseas teaching, voluntary school work
