Salary: OLW – £34,514 – £51,179 per annum

Are you coming to the end of your teacher training course in Science and/or a specialism Science (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) and looking to secure a permanent role from September?
Do you have teaching experience teaching across KS3 and KS4 and wish to gain a role within a respected, highly-sought-after ‘Outstanding’ trust following your graduation?
We are working looking for a motivated, exceptional Science Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School Academy from September 2024.
The role is being offered on a permanent basis, and pay will be reflective of the teaching pay scale. Prospective applicants must have experience teaching up to GCSE level.

Our ECT Programme
Our Secondary School boasts outstanding support to all ECT’s and exceptional career progression for all ECT’s. Science is widely enjoyed by students, and the school require an inspiring ECT Science teacher to join us and excel within our faculty.
Within our ECT programme you will be mentored by a senior teacher or leader within your subject or subjects, who will provide ongoing support in planning, adhering to the Teacher Standards and your well-being throughout your ECT years.
