Your Role:

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support Students: Provide one-on-one assistance and general classroom support
• Enhance Learning: Prepare learning resources and help students across diverse subjects

• Maintain Focus: Assist in keeping students engaged and on task

Requirements:

To qualify for this rewarding opportunity, you need:

• Experience: Recent experience working with secondary age children (KS3/4), preferably in an educational setting
• Qualifications: Possession of a Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Flexibility and Behaviour Management: Adaptability and effective behaviour management skills
• Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues
• Comprehensive CV: A detailed CV covering the last 10 years of employment, with explanations for any gaps
• Safeguarding Compliance: Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
• Legal Right to Work: Authorisation to work in the UK
• Interview Availability: Willingness to attend a face-to-face registration interview
