Cover Teachers needed across the West Midlands! Start date After February Half Term Pay rates vary between £70 to £90 per day depending on experience Flexible working days! TeacherActive is proud to be working in partnership with a large variety of mainstream and SEN Secondary Schools across the West Midlands that are looking for committed Cover Teachers to start back after the February Half term break. The secondary schools range from Requires Improvement up to Outstanding rated by Ofsted. The Cover Teachers will be required to cover a variety of subjects and manage behaviour levels within the classroom. The Cover Teacher does not need a subject knowledge on the subjects but should feel comfortable to be present to help assist with any questions and manage the classroom expectations. All lessons are set out and planned ahead – the Cover teacher will be sat with both KS3 / Key Stage 3 and KS4 / Key Stage 4 following the curriculum and lessons set out by the Head of Department in an encouraging and supportive environment.
