TimePlan are working with an outstanding SEMH School in the Eastleigh area who are looking for experienced SEMH Teaching Assistants for the new academic year. Do you have experience working with vulnerable people? Are you enthusiastic, passionate, and resilient? Are you looking for a new role?
The school caters to boys and girls, aged between 7 and 16. The students have difficulties with emotional, social and mental health. Some students also have complex needs often associated with autism spectrum conditions. Working hours are between 8:30pm and 3:30pm.
We are seeking someone who has experience of supporting children with challenging behaviour to be able support a child on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. This is full time, 8.30am to 4pm daily; Monday to Friday. This is on a long-term basis, but the school will consider a permanent contract for the right person!
