Southern Education are currently working closely with an SEN school in the West Kent location who are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor/Teaching Assistant for 1:1. An SEMH/ASC school, ideal candidates will have had experience working with challenging behaviour supporting students with their academic, personal and social development. The role is demanding and challenging, but very rewarding. Applicants must be prepared to work in school environments as well as off site provisions such as colleges. This position is to start as soon as feasibly possible.
Position Details:
Due to the nature of the school lots of the students are from a care background and need someone who is going to show a lot of enthusiasm and be willing to get involved as part of a team. In addition to this you will be covering across all key stages and will need to have the flexible and adaptable working ethos required to support across all year groups.
