SEN Learning Support Assistant
GSL Education are working with a specialist schools for both primary and secondary age children who have a range social, emotional / mental health needs as well as Autistic Spectrum Condition and/or language delay/disorder, and associated learning difficulties. We are looking for a Learning Support Assistants to work in group or 1:1 basis with specific children who need additional needs with schooling lifeThis is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring SEN Teachers, counsellors or educational psychologists to gain more experience and have an influence on the education experience of a specific child that is needs some additional support.Requirements:- Experience working with vulnerable young people – Experience with traditional Special Educational Needs (SEN) – Experience working with children on a 1:1 basis- Learning Support Assistant, Behavior Mentor, Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant- Calm, patient and understanding personalities who can build strong relationships with childrenThe school will be trialing and interviewing now so quick action is a must.Do you think this great opportunity could be a good fit for you?
