The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant candidate will have a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs and will provide inclusive and personalised assistance within a mainstream secondary school setting.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your day-to-day activities will involve working closely with individual students or small groups, providing personalised support and guidance. You will collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement tailored learning plans, and create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of students with SEN. Your role will involve fostering positive relationships with students, utilizing a range of strategies to facilitate learning, and contributing to the monitoring and tracking of student progress.
