SEN Teaching Assistant Job Summary

• Full-time term time only SEN Teaching Assistant role Commencing asap until the end of the academic year
• Work alongside qualified SEND professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists and learn first hand
• Role Paying £420-£500 per week Paid weekly on PAYE basis
• Minimum 2:1 Psychology related degree from a top 20 UK university
• Previous experience working with children with SEND is very desirable

SEN Teaching Assistant Job Role

• Support small groups of students and on a 1:1 basis
• Highly rewarding role making a meaningful impact on children with Special Educational Needs
• Calming and nurturing nature around vulnerable children
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students, guaranteeing a safe environment for all children
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and supporting students learning
