Sanza Teaching Agency are working exclusively with a primary School in Tower Hamlets to find an exceptional and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support 2 children in Year 3 with an EHCP.

*** SEN TA to Support a girl with Global Delay and a boy with a rare genetic condition which has impacted his learning and movement, both children are in year 3.
For this post, you must be an assertive and caring Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role. You will provide a willingness to contribute to all lessons and overseeing the preparation of lessons for this pupil. You must have the skills to confidently face challenging situations with a calm and collective approach. Previous experience supporting students is an essential requirement of this role.
About the Role
You will be working both in and out of the classroom to support these children. Both children require routine and consistency, so a TA with excellent organisational skills, dependable and hardworking is a minimum requirement. You will also be energetic and capable of supporting in the delivery a slightly alternative curriculum.
