Requirements:

– Demonstrated experience supporting children with SEN within the UK.

– Familiarity with the UK curriculum is crucial.

– Valid Enhanced Child DBS certificate.

– Ideally, a background in education or relevant qualifications.

– A profound understanding of SEN support strategies and the ability to navigate a diverse learning environment with patience and empathy.

– Appreciation of each child’s uniqueness, necessitating personalized learning approaches.

– Full-time availability is essential.
