We are excited to invite applications for the position of a full time Special Educational Needs Primary School Teaching Assistant in Redditch. This role is crucial in working 1-1 with SEND students and helping them reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive change in education for SEND students. Previous experience working with Primary aged SEND students is Desired.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide support to SEND students on a 1-1 or group basis

– Excellent classroom management and high organisational skills

– Develop strategies to effectively support students

The successful SEND Primary School Teaching Assistant will have:

• Previous experience providing support to primary-aged SEND pupils
• Previous experience dealing with students with mild to severe learning difficulties
• The ability to provide a nurturing and safe learning environment
