About therole

As one of our SEND Teachers,you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according totheir educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculumin a way that maximises pupil’s achievement and ability to develop,supported by the school and Outcomes First Group’s national supportteam.

Whenit comes to looking after our pupils, we never settle for secondbest. We are looking for a SEND Class Teacher experienced in arange of teaching styles and who shares our vision to buildincredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UKto be happy and to make their way in theworld.

Whilst previous experience of working inan SEN/ASC environment would be desirable, excellent teachingskills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels ofresilience are just as important. Appropriate training can beoffered to a successful applicant.

Educated todegree level and/or of Qualified Teacher Status, you will be calm,engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching,motivated by helping every pupil reach theirpotential.
