Join us as a SEND Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant!

• Location – Waltham Forest
• Contract – Long-Term Supply
• Start Date – January 2024
• Working Pattern – Monday to Friday / 8 am – 4 pm
• Pay Rate – Approximately £90 per day

Connex Education Partnership is thrilled to collaborate with a dynamic mainstream school in Waltham Forest, actively seeking passionate individuals to fill multiple long-term positions starting this January. These roles involve supporting classroom learning for pupils with diverse Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, either within the classroom or through dedicated 1:1 support outside the classroom.

Job Highlights:

Collaborate with teachers to organize and support learning activities for SEMH pupils. Deliver specified work under the guidance of a qualified teacher on a 1:1 or small group basis. Plan and execute duties to support pupils who have experienced trauma. Evaluate specialized learning and therapeutic activities, providing valuable feedback.
