Salary: £30,000 – £46,525 (Plus SEND allowance) MPS / UPS

About the role
Vision for Education are proud to be working in partnership with a multi academy trust in East Anglia to recruit a teacher for one of their schools. We welcome applications from Teachers who have experience teaching a Primary curriculum to learners with SEND.
The main purpose of the role is to provide inspirational and outstanding teaching whilst nurturing a safe, secure, and caring educational environment. The role will comprise of planning and teaching lessons across a Key Stage that matches your skills and experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of the students at the school and be instrumental in providing a lasting, positive effect on both the educational and life outcomes for young people with a range of educational needs.

About the school
The school is part of a MAT that consists of several SEND schools and also provides some specialist provision within mainstream education. The school provides education for children aged 5 – 16 who have an EHCP for Communication & Interaction needs.
The MAT take a trauma informed approach in order to support young people with trauma or mental health issues that act as a barrier to learning. They are passionate in both supporting and developing their staff to ensure both staff wellbeing and the best possible outcomes for their students.
