ABC Teachers are looking for a fully qualified teacher to work within an all-ages school catering for a variety of needs.
The role
Teaching students who have physical and Learning Disabilities, supporting them by delivering the curriculum tailored to their needs and abilities.
Focus on High Challenging High Support, working with Teaching Assistants and other supporting staff members to provide high quality education.
Forging strong relationships with students by operating on a child first approach.
This is a full-time role, initially on a supply basis, with permanent opportunitiespossibly becomingavailable for the right candidate.

The school Caters for a range of needs inclusive of: Sevre Learning Disabilities, Mild Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Condition and Hearing/Visual impairments. The focus is to develop students’ life skills and independence to prepare them for the next stage of life.
Requirements
To be considered for the Teaching position, you will:
It is essential that you haveQualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Other qualifications to work with young people and support students with SEND is not essential but desirable.
Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build a rapport with students and staff alike.
Be able to successfully work as part of a team and be confident to work independently and deal withbehavioural challenges.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is qualified teachers’ status.
