Are you an experienced and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity where you can make a real difference?
We are looking for motivated Teaching Assistants with a background in supporting children and young adults with Autism. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and inclusive team with plenty of room to develop.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm) and you will work within a class group to support students both in their learning and behaviour management. You will be supported by a highly skilled, friendly team.
Salary range: £75 – £80 per day (inclusive of holiday pay).
The role is as rewarding as it is challenging, and we welcome candidates who have empathy, enthusiasm, and a positive outlook. The team is committed to encouraging the students to achieve their full potential and it is crucial that you share this ethos if you are to thrive in this role. Previous experience supporting children or young people with Autism is essential, whether it was in a school setting / other provision or perhaps as a volunteer.
The position will start in September, however, we will be interviewing immediately.
