Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school
• Provide expert guidance to staff on inclusive teaching and learning
• Oversee assessment, intervention planning and progress tracking for SEND students
• Work closely with families, external agencies and pastoral teams
• Ensure statutory responsibilities for EHCPs and SEND provision are met

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status and SENCo qualification
• Successful experience supporting SEND students in a secondary setting
• Strong leadership, communication and data-analysis skills
