The Senior Community Officer (Student Engagement) will work with the Bank’s Community Lead to design, deliver and develop a new student engagement programme consisting of work experience, a mentoring programme and bursary.
The role will sit within the recently formed Climate, Sustainability and Community (CSC) Division – which straddles central services and policy Deputy Governor-ships. This new division is intended to draw together the Bank’s policy work on climate, operationally focused sustainability and decarbonisation activities, work in the wider community that create social impact, and the Bank’s Health and Safety team.

Salary and Benefits Information
We encourage flexible working, part time working and job share arrangements. Part time salary and benefits will be on a pro-rated basis as appropriate.
This role offers a salary of circa:
London ranging from £28,320 – £31,860.
Leeds ranging from £25,520 – £28,710.

National Security Vetting Process
Employment in this role will be subject to the National Security Vetting clearance process (and typically can take between 6 to 12 weeks post offer) and the passing of additional Bank security checks in accordance with the Bank policy.
