The Role

The Senior Marketing Manager bridges the strategic oversight of the Senior Leadership Team with tactical execution, working with the Marketing Campaigns Manager. This role is essential in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement across the EMEA region. You will actively manage and engage with multiple marketing channels, coordinate campaigns, and ensure alignment with our Global Marketing Strategy.

You will lead on

Lead Generation:

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with that of the global marketing goals and UK sales team.
• Actively oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies based on competitive analysis.
• Foster lead generation activities which align to our long term growth plans.

Campaign Implementation:

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and events.
• Create visual campaign assets (Canva).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Brand Awareness and Amplification:

• Collaborate with individuals across business functions to support brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Develop and execute strategies to amplify the brand through content production.
• Carry out SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and improve search engine rankings.

Event Production:

• Plan and execute regional events, both in-person and virtual, to drive engagement and generate leads.
• Manage and perform admin duties around event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee communication and invoicing.

Who we’re looking for:

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record in executing successful lead generation strategies.
• Extensive experience with digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and event management.

Desirable:

• B2B marketing experience.
• Experience in the HR or the recruitment industry.
