Goodman Masson are thrilled to be partnering with QatarEnergy who are on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Supervisor to join their rapidly growing organisation in Qatar. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Recruitment within the HR department and your main areas of responsibility will be performing general recruitment duties from sourcing to offer stage. You will be recruiting for roles such as but not limited to:

• Technical and support functions
• Legal professionals
• Engineers
• Teachers
• Medical staff
• IT staff

The candidate will require the following experience:

• Minimum 8 years experience in recruitment
• Highly experienced in working as acorporate recruiter for IOCs (International Oil Companies)/Energy Companies/Oil & Gas companies as a permanent employee
• Experience in trading in commodities and negotiation
• A very good understanding of different compensation type and skilled negotiators when dealing with offers
