We are recruiting for the leading provider of out of school hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality and scope every year and are looking for someone who is passionate about children’s play and activity.

As a Senior School Club Manager you will have control over the teaching of a wide variety of activities to children within a School/Area. You will plan programmes and lessons effectively within the company structure, monitor progress, inspire children and deliver effective and efficient classes for both breakfast, lunchtime and after school clubs. You will also oversee and manage the holiday activity programmes during school holidays.

Forming and building relationships with stakeholders will be a huge element of your role. From the team members you work alongside daily, through to the senior leadership within the school, external stakeholders such as regulatory boards and school associations, and parents and the children in your care. A great personality and a real people-person is an absolute must in this role.

You will also be managing a team of staff at your site. You will need to make sure the resources available to you are used effectively and your team are led well, inspired and have the tools they need to deliver outstanding sessions.

You must have a passion for play, physical activity and healthy lifestyles. You must also be able to take personal ownership for the delivery of the site’s sessions and to effectively manage your own little business.

You may have a childcare, teaching or coaching background and are looking for your next step into a role with more leadership and management responsiblity. You may even be an ambitious recent graduate looking for your first leadership role or possibly you are a teacher or teaching assistant in a school already and looking for more hours or a change in your day-to-day role.

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
