*This role will be based in Jersey from January 2023. A relocation support package will be provided with training and support in the UK throughout 2022*

We are recruiting for a martial arts focused organisation who are looking for an experienced teacher or sports coach to support their passion of supporting children’s holistic development through kickboxing and physical activity. No martial arts experience is required – training and ongoing support will be provided by industry experts – and they offer flexible working hours, unlimited salary potential and an opportunity to own a part of their business.

If you are a teacher, sports coach or development officer with a passion for sport, physical activity and working with primary school aged children, alongside an ambition and drive for career development, this role is for you!

As a Senior Sports Teacher/Coach you must:

– Have experience working in a similar environment within a primary school or sports coaching environment
– Be an incredibly energetic and dynamic individual who is seeking an opportunity for personal and professional development

– Lead by example and be a great role model to your students and colleagues
– Be friendly and approachable
– Be a great communicator and build relationships with all stakeholders
– Have a passion for fitness, sport, and a healthy, physical lifestyle

You will be required to oversee the operations of the organisation across Jersey through the planning and delivery of a bespoke kickboxing programme to children and young people, completing administration tasks in a timely fashion, line managing junior staff, and proactively contributing to the growth of the organisation through business development and management of stakeholders.
