The children s needs and abilities really can vary in complexities therefore there will likely be a class to suit every teacher! Responsibilities and duties: Be passionate about teaching children and young people with SEN. Ready for the challenge and excitement. The successful SEN Teacher will plan creative lessons in accordance with the student’s EHCP with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents evenings. Comfortable reporting back to parents, teachers, and programme consultants via a structured format as well as via phone calls, notes, and regular monthly and termly meetings. To promote the physical, educational and moral development of the students. Essential Criteria: Have QTS. The SEN Teacher chosen for this role will need knowledge of national curriculum requirements at Primary and Secondary and inclusive of SEN differentiation too. The ideal SEN Teacher for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school. Newly qualified teachers will be considered for this SEN Teacher role making this a fantastic opportunity to gain experience. Available 3 5 days Mon-Fri, from 8:30-15:30.
