The starting salary for this position is £32,780 per annum for five days a week, 42 weeks per year (term time + 3 weeks of holiday working) pro-rata to £35,382.
Surrey Schools SLT service is seeking innovative and outcome-focused Specialist Speech and Language Therapists (NHS band 6 equivalent), to work in our mainstream schools including those with specialist centres. We also have two new exciting posts for those with experience and/or an interest working in a school for children with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH) and as part of the Youth Offending Service (YOS).
The Mainstream and Centres posts are based in South East Surrey (covering Reigate & Banstead, Tandridge), North East Surrey (covering Elmbridge, Epsom & Ewell, or Spelthorne borough) and South West Surrey (covering Guildford and Waverley). You will work predominantly in mainstream schools with some scope for working in specialist ASD and SLCN provision.
The new posts for SEMH/ YOS are in North West Surrey (school base is Chobham) and South East Surrey (school base is Dorking).
