Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant or sports coach looking for a new challenge in a small Primary School in Mansfield?

TeacherActive are working with a Primary School based in Mansfield.

The school are looking for a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant/Sports Coach to work across Key Stage 1 & 2. The role includes mentoring students who show challenging behaviour, working alongside the class teacher to support the teaching and learning and instruct small sports sessions throughout the week.

This is a long-term role starting in January. The post will be full time and until the end of the academic year.

Contract/Position.

Position – Sports Coach/Behaviour Mentor.

Start date – January 2020.

* Likely Duration – July 2021.

* Position end date – July 2021.

* Contract type – Temporary leading to full time for the right candidate.

* Pay – To be discussed at interview.

* Hours – 8:30am-4pm (term time only)

Experience, Training and Qualifications.

Experience as a Teaching assistant or sports coach within a School setting.

Experience working 1-1 with a child or young person.

Minimum Level 2 qualification or higher.
