Requirements:

Degree level qualification

Proficiency in IT

Strong literacy and numeracy skills for effective student support

Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to young people

Understanding of the Code of Practice and relevant legislation

Experience or awareness of issues related to students with barriers to learning

Responsibilities:

Support classes in various subjects to enhance student progress

Work with small groups and individual students on specific tasks

Provide support to students with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs

Facilitate task differentiation for students

Conduct catch-up and intervention sessions

Assist with guided revision and homework for specific students

Maintain a calm and orderly environment during lunchtime

Participate in school trips, ensuring a safe and educational experience for students
