I am working in partnership with a number of primary schools, that are working exclusively with myself and Hays, in recruiting all of their staffing needs. Working closely with these schools, we can offer regular work local to you, with good rates of pay and a range of schools from requires improvement, to good, to outstanding.Part of my job is to learn your drives and passions and marry this with what our primary schools are looking for. These schools focus on a variety of outcomes, such as the emotional and mental wellbeing of their children to the more academic outcomes and developing them to succeed in future endeavours.What you’ll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified teacher (QTS). Schools are happy to take on an experienced teacher or NQTs/ECTs, and it would be advantageous to have experience in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
