Are you a Performing Arts Teacher with QTS?
Looking for a daily flexible teaching/supply role?
In preparation for when our schools re-open, we are currently looking to recruit motivating Performing Arts Teachers for daily supply and short (with the potential of long) term contracts in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
Academics exclusively support secondary academies and schools in and around Stoke-on-Trent with their supply and cover needs. We have previously experienced a high demand for enthusiastic teachers of the performing arts (and/or drama) particularly for daily and short term assignments.
Teachers who apply will:
* Be a confident communicator, an excellent motivator, and can easily build good rapport with students.
* Hold the relevant drama/performing arts qualification (PGCE, B. Ed or BA Hons) with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teaching Status (NQT).
* Deliver exciting and engaging performing arts lessons using your own initiative and creativity.
*Ideally have experience of teaching up to Key Stage 4 (up to Key Stage 3 as a minimum).

To be eligible and considered for this role you will first need to undergo our registration process which includes a telephone interview and obligatory compliance and safeguarding checks. Ideally you will already hold a full enhanced DBS that is registered on the Update Service or you will be prepared to apply for a new DBS with ourselves (cost applied).
