As a result of this exciting change, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our established team of internal recruiters on a 6 month fixed term contract.
We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running with strong recruitment networks, established resourcing tools and a creative and agile approach to sourcing niche and challenging technical roles.
As the Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to support the team in building their sourcing strategies to widen our pool of candidates, attracting talent from more diverse networks to support our EDI ambitions. You’ll lead and manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, utilising innovative and traditional marketing channels, evaluating and measuring campaign success.
