Are you looking for Teacher of English role in a secondary school?
Hays Education are currently recruiting for an English teacher to support a high achieving Bristol based secondary school.
For this role you will be required to have UK Qualified Teacher Status and have experience working within a secondary school in the last two years.

Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective teaching across a range of age groups which can include A-Level (depending on experience). The teacher will be expected to plan and deliver high quality lessons that create a positive classroom environment for all students to reach their learning potential. You will also be required to provide regular marking in accordance with department policy. You will also need to undergo our Hays compliance which include satisfactory DfE references and a full DBS.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be a confident individual who can motivate students to reach their full learning potential. You will need to hold QTS, PGCE and have extensive knowledge of the UK English curriculum. You must have a proven record as an excellent classroom practitioner with experience within last 2 years in the classroom. We are looking for committed, positive and enthusiastic individual who has a passion to raise student achievement.
