Job Title: Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish )

Salary: £30,000 – £46,525 Golden Hello inclusive £5000 after 6 months

Grade: MPS – UPS

Accountable to: Head of Department SLT/ Headteacher

Role Overview: As a Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages, you will be committed to inspiring, supporting, and challenging students to achieve excellence. Working collaboratively within our MFL Faculty, you will bring an innovative and creative approach to instil a love for MFL and a thirst for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality and engaging Spanish language lessons that inspire and challenge students.
• Collaborate with the MFL Faculty to introduce innovative teaching methods and approaches.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student enthusiasm and participation.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the MFL curriculum.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Specialisation in Modern Foreign Languages, with a focus on Spanish.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to inspiring and supporting students in their educational journey.
• Possess innovative and creative teaching methods that foster a genuine love for MFL.
