Our schools cater to students with moderate-to-severe special education needs, including autism, communication disorders, and complex behavioural issues. We continually upgrade our facilities to meet the growing demand for our exceptional services.

The ideal candidate will be confident and skilled in supporting students with challenging needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist students during class to keep them on track.
• Collaborate with the class teacher for smooth class operations.
• Help learners access the curriculum.
• Support the pastoral needs of the students.
• Actively participate in creating an engaging learning environment.
• Use your interests to make learning enjoyable for students.

Ideal Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work with students with various learning difficulties.
• Confidence in leading groups in different educational subjects.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• NVQ Level 2 in Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential).
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS registered with the DBS Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
• Refer a friend scheme, earning you up to £300 in shopping vouchers.
