Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with classroom teachers to provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Assist in the preparation of lesson materials and resources.
• Support students with varying learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Help create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages engagement and participation.
• Provide additional help to students who may be struggling with their coursework.
• Assist in the implementation of behavior management strategies.
• Offer emotional and pastoral support to students when needed.
• Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide feedback.
