Your roles and responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant – Camden

• As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a wide range of children who have different abilities
• Strong Maths and English is needed as a Primary Teaching Assistant to give the children the right support.
• There will be a range of different SEN needs in the classroom, therefore a Primary Teaching Assistant who has had experience working with SEN children is desirable
• You will liaise with the teacher and helping them with daily tasks or activities set for the children.
• As a Primary School Assistant, you’ll work closely alongside other teaching assistants, SENDco and the behavioural team.
• As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll be required to make resources and work set by the teacher for children in the classroom.
