The role – Teaching Assistant – Redbridge

Supporting children either 1:1 or in small groups who may have SEN needs
Supporting the class teacher with behaviour
Working in small groups delivering work set by the teacher
Preparing materials for children who may need extra support
Prepare the class for learning
Mentoring and supporting vulnerable children
Listening to children read
Giving extra support on the core subjects, Maths, Science and English
Supervising group activities
Building relationships with children
