TeacherActive are proud to be working with schools based in the Caerphilly area. This school has children with mixed abilities, they strive to incorporate differentiation and do their best to ensure all staff and pupils are respected and treated equally.

We currently have 3 outstanding roles in Caerphilly. These are long term positions, available for both full time and part time Teaching Assistants. These roles may consist of 1:1 support and assisting student s with different disabilities. We require experience working with children in the UK and a genuine desire to support pupils in their academic journey.

The salary will be paid at a rate of £11 – £13 per hour

The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will:

• Help to plan, prepare and manage the classroom
• Assess the needs of the child and adjust teaching style accordingly
• Be able to show empathy and motivate others
• Ability to follow instruction and a strong work ethic
• Previous experience working with children in the UK is essential
